MacBook Air face-off: HDD vs SSD (with video) … interesting comparison – i’ve decided that $1k is too much for me this year, but am considering a 32gb SSD which is only $250 at this point (DIY upgrade). predictions are that in 2 yrs SSD will be 2-3x more expensive then HDD. (that translates to 150gb SSD at about $100)
